In his UK role, Ben leads YouGov’s RealTime research team and is part of the leadership team at YouGov UK. YouGov RealTime provides clients with regional, national and international fast-turnaround research solutions form its suite of B2C and B2B Omnibus and Targeted research tools.
Ben works with YouGov clients from virtually all sectors, including Sky, WE Communications, Aviva, the NSPCC and Lloyds Banking Group. Ben is passionate about empowering clients with accurate, up-to-the-minute data. He has recently overseen a period of a huge transformation for RealTime research, ensuring clients are empowered to truly own their research data, through the advent of online survey collaboration tools, live survey reporting and online analytics portals.
Prior to joining YouGov in 2011, Ben has worked in WPP group (BMRB, now TNS) across various sectors including employee engagement solutions and omnibus research. Ben has also worked in the diplomatic service at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
