Recent marketing efforts by Apple have helped lift the tech giant’s Ad Awareness in August.
The California-based company saw the highest month-over-month increase in Ad Awareness score of any brand tracked by YouGov in the United Kingdom.
Between July 25 and Aug. 25, Apple’s Ad Awareness score increased by 23%. More than one in five (21.8%) saw an advert for Apple in the last two weeks of August.
This boost could be attributed to its international “Hello Sunshine” campaign, which highlights the features of the Apple Watch Series 6.
The bump may also be the result of a plethora of trailers for upcoming Apple TV+ content, including follow-up seasons to popular titles “Trying” and “Home Before Dark.” Apple streaming service is also riding high on the success of Ted Lasso, which began its second season in late July.
This boost in Ad Awareness comes at an important time of year for the firm, which normally announces new iPhone models in September.
