Jane has over 17 years’ experience in qualitative research and joined YouGov in 2012. As Head of Qualitative Research she has worked throughout a broad range of sectors, including retail, consumer, entertainment and technology, as well as having extensive experience working with government and public sector clients.
She is passionate about using new technology in research and combines a strong qualitative background with expertise in online methods and digital qualitative approaches. The qualitative team Jane leads delivers a range of research solutions to clients, including brand communications development and testing, shopper experiences and journeys, and behavioural and observational studies including ethnography and immersion.
As an experienced conference speaker she regularly addresses industry events, including Advertising Week Europe, The Market Research Summit and PRCA National conference. Jane studied at Bristol University and the University of New South Wales.
