Following the terror attack in Manchester, tattoo parlours in the local area have been offering symbolic tattoos and pledging to donate the proceeds to a charity helping victims of the attack. However one tattoo parlour decided after collecting the money for Manchester victims to instead donate the proceeds to a single mum in the area in need of life saving surgery unconnected to the attack. They justified their move saying they felt a huge amount of money had already been raised for the Manchester victims. Do you think the tattoo parlour was right or wrong to do this?
