In its recent report, Snapchat has announced an overall revenue increase of 44% YoY to $462 million in the first quarter of 2020. Revenue for North America increased 40% YoY to $316 million in Q1.

Snapchat’s daily active users are now 229 million, a 20% active user improvement YoY. Users in North America increased to 88 million, while Europe saw a 70 million increase in Q1 2020.

The global average revenue per user was $2.02 in Q1 2020. In the US, Snapchat is seeing 3.5 times more revenue per user, with it being $3.57 in North America in Q1 2020. The total daily time spent by users watching Discover content increased by over 35% YoY in Q1.
