A survey by Folloze revealed that 77% of B2B sales and marketing professionals believe personalisation can help them build better customer relationships. But 42% of respondents report struggling with being able to fully personalise their marketing strategies.
60% of the marketers declared not leveraging AI or machine learning for personalised marketing efforts. However, 55% of professionals believe that personalisation can help increase conversion rates and growth.
While 21% of participants state not using customer data for content personalisation, only 39% described their content personalisation strategy as “somewhat sophisticated”. Folloze’s Randy Brasche said, “Data-driven personalisation combined with Account Based Marketing represents the new table stakes for every B2B marketing team”.
