The move follows Google’s review of its mobile strategy.
Google will discontinue the AdSense app for both iOS and Android in the forthcoming months. It will be unavailable for download from all app stores by the end of 2019.
Corresponding to this, Google will be making improvements to the AdSense mobile web interface. The company’s decision of doing away with AdSense came after a review of its mobile strategy.
Currently one third of the users access AdSense from mobile. The improvements that will follow the phase out are expected to be helpful to both current mobile and desktop users.
