Toy Story 3 is proving a hit among TellYouGov users, or ‘tyggers’, on the leaderboard this week, recording a volume of 101 (up 46 in the last 24 hours).

The newly released film has already established itself as a hit across the Atlantic, debuting at number 1 in the US Box Office and taking $109 million in its opening weekend. As well as being a success in the USA, it seems popular on the TellYouGov leaderboard, recording a sentiment score of +94, meaning that feeling is overwhelmingly positive towards Pixar’s animated film.

The film, which sees Woody and the gang accidentally donated to a children’s daycare centre, seems to have evoked a variety of emotions from users, or ‘tyggers,’ although the overall majority enjoyed it. Many have described the film as ‘wonderful’ and ‘great fun’. Some have praised it for being ‘brilliant for all the family to enjoy’ and even ‘the best third movie ever!’ One particularly enthusiastic tygger wrote ‘Pixar has done it again! A heartwarming, eye-popping, side-splitting, tear-jerking masterpiece! Don't miss it!’

However, as well as being ‘hilarious’, the film also seems to have its ‘poignant’ moments, with one tygger calling it ‘heart-wrenching’ and another saying ‘I've never been so close to crying at a film!’

Although there is an overall positive feeling amongst tyggers for Toy Story 3D, there are some who do not share their enthusiasm. One tyg states that the film is ‘Not as good as Toy Story 1 or 2’ and another tygger seems displeased that films are overproduced, asking ‘When will they stop releasing kid’s films over and over again? - Always the same!!’

With the film only being released this week (19th July), but already proving popular among tyggers, it seems that it will be at the top of the leaderboard for some time to come.
