Many people let the woes of the world weigh down on them at times, but National Stress Awareness Day, taking place on 3rd November, aims to promote ways of dealing with the potentially harmful condition.

Just last week new research revealed that time off due to stress has risen in the past year, particularly in the public sector, suggesting that higher stress levels are not only damaging to our health, but also cost us time and money.
