Sarah has worked in market research for over 12 years, both on the agency and client side. She joined YouGov in 2009 and heads the YouGov BrandIndex team in the UK.

YouGov’s BrandIndex is the authoritative measure of brand perception. Unlike any other brand intelligence services, BrandIndex continuously measures public perception of thousands of brands across dozens of sectors. This makes it easy for clients to constantly monitor a brand’s health and immediately act on any changes in perception.

Sarah has been widely quoted in the media discussing how brands are viewed by the public and what this means to the organisations in question. She has also presented YouGov research at several major industry conferences.

Prior to joining YouGov Sarah worked in Tesco’s insight team as well as Synovate, Opinion Research Business. She holds a degree from the University of Sussex.
