The YouGov-Cambridge Centre is an academic partnership between YouGov and the Cambridge Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS), which provides a hub for pollsters, academics and practitioners to collaborate on polling research.
For YouGov, this partnership helps to enhance links with expert communities and to incorporate subject expertise into our public interest research. For the University, it provides unique access to YouGov’s capacity for global opinion research, as it seeks to impact the wider public policy debate through the Cambridge Strategic Research Initiative on Public Policy. Alongside joint research, the Centre also contributes to teaching at the University and sponsors three postgraduate students each year, including the YouGov Doctoral Scholar at Cambridge and two annual bursaries to complete the Cambridge MPhil Degree in Public Policy, an interdisciplinary course in public policy studies.
