Meta is updating Facebook Reels with features like Publisher Lists, Blocklists, Inventory Filters, Discovery Reports for Banner and Sticker Ads, and more.

In a recent blog, Meta announced the introduction of Facebook Reels on iOS and Android to over 150 countries. Already launched in the US, Facebook Reels has enabled creators like Kurt Tocci to post authentic and humorous content.

Facebook Reels can help creators get discovered and interact with their audiences, as well as make money. In addition, as a part of the $1 billion creator investment, a Reels Play bonus program pays eligible creators up to $35,000 per month based on the views they get on their reels.

The bonus program will be extended to other countries soon. In the US, Canada and Mexico, the company is already testing Facebook Reels Overlay Ads for all of its creators, and more countries will be included in the coming weeks. Additionally, US, Canadian and Mexican Creators can monetise publicly posted reels with ads. In the coming weeks, Reels will be added to new places like in Stories, Watch, Top of Feed, and more.
