Facebook has recently launched new updates and features to help businesses advertise on the platform. These updates primarily aim to help small business owners advertise on the platform in light of the data loss from Apple.

The new features include expanded click-to chat options from ads that allow businesses to choose all the messaging platforms available to chat. Facebook would make it the default chat app in their ad based on a conversation that is most likely to happen.

Businesses would also be able to start a WhatsApp chat from an Instagram profile. An announcement from Facebook said, "We're also introducing File Manager, a new feature that allows businesses to easily create, manage and post content within Facebook Business Suite."
