Customers are quick to exit sites that seem too cluttered with information or are incompatible with the internet browsers being used. Ensure a website works well on all types of browsers and operating systems. Sites with simple layouts, soothing design templates and easy-to-read text appeal to visitors.
Similarly, make sure all contact forms, surveys and links on the site are working well. Create tabs with descriptive headings and group together similar information, so that visitors can find what they’re looking for on the site easily.
Calls-to-action, such as “Get in Touch”, on sites conveys to visitors a brand’s eagerness of building relationships with audiences. Additionally, use the “About us” section on websites to elaborate on the company’s values and principles to establish brand credibility.
