A MessageGears’ survey of 150 B2B marketers found that data access is a priority for marketers to send digital messages.
One-third of B2C marketers plan to double the number of digital messages they send by the end of 2021. 53% of participants will double the number of messages sent by 2024. Further, 91% of respondents say digital messages are very important when compared to other marketing strategies of the company.
90% agreed that digital messages are crucial for their organisations' overall goals. Of those polled, 58% plan to send at least 100 million messages in 2021. Moreover, marketers (80%) plan to double the amount of time they spend on digital marketing strategy and execution, per week in 2021.
Improving personalisation (65%) and modernising digital messaging technology stack (58%) are top goals for marketers. Moreover, 80% predict their messaging budgets to double in 2021.
