A recent Feedvisor survey found that 88% of businesses use Amazon’s advertising platform now, up 21% from last year.
Feedvisor’s 2021 report found that 42% more brands are selling on Amazon now than pre-pandemic. Because of the pandemic, a significant number of brands are considering Amazon in their overall ecommerce strategy.
The study found 78% of companies are selling on Amazon now, a 55% increment from last year. Amazon advertising was also among the new avenues that 41% of businesses tried out during the crisis. With more brands increasing their investment in Amazon ads, the ecommerce platform has emerged as a full-funnel advertising solution.
Currently, brands are ramping up their spending on Amazon ads with 59% spending over $60,000 monthly, as opposed to 38% in 2020. Similarly, 51% of brands reported a seven times or greater return on Amazon ads and 39% reported a return of four to six times.
