To enhance the mobile viewing experience, YouTube recently released new updates. These updates include new gestures, streamlined player page, suggested actions and more designed to help users make better use of existing features.

The video chapters feature will now include a new list view, have its own thumbnail, and can be accessed by tapping the chapter player. Closed captions button and Autoplay toggle have now been moved to the top of the YouTube Player.

Also, users can now enter and exit full-screen mode, by swiping up and swiping down respectively. Further, consumers can now set bedtime reminders at specific times to stop watching videos.
