The Snap Creative Council aims to address social issues throughout the UK.

UK Snap Creative Council (UK SCC) will feature representatives from Isobar, Leo Burnett and Wunderman Thompsom along with industry freelancers. Through this partnership, selected creatives will nominate small teams to develop pitches on mental health and civic duty aimed at Gen Z and millennials.

UK SCC will judge the submitted campaigns, and the winning pitch will be produced and launched on Snapchat. The collected groups will also be able to donate $100,000 to a global charity via the UK SCC.

A GroupSolver research found more than half of British Snapchat users believe they have a responsibility to create the change they want to see in the world. Snap’s Will Scougal said SCC would serve as a powerful forum made up of a diverse and inclusive community.
