Driven by machine learning and AI, tools like Google’s RankBrain can identify words and phrases to predict voice search results accurately. Further, 58% of people have reported using voice search to find information about a local business.

Brands must optimise their website SEO for voice search and use long-tail keywords, because 70% of all web searches include long-tail keywords. Optimising for mobile and Google My Business page can also boost a website’s voice search ranking.
