72% Gen Z are likely to buy from a brand that contributes to social causes, a WP Engine report states.
The report revealed that Gen Z consumers are the most internet-dependent cohort as they are tied “inextricably” to digital experiences. 64% of Gen Z in the US believe the internet will drive their daily decisions in five years and 58% say they can’t go more than four hours without the internet.
Of those polled, 64% believe that artificial intelligence will positively impact the world. 19% respondents rated tech-savviness as an important value or quality to that generation. Freedom came in at 22%.
82% of Gen Z say they trust a company more if it uses images of actual consumers in ads. Also, 70% expect websites to intuitively know what they're looking for and provide personalised results.
