50% of consumers are still visiting quick-serve restaurants, as per a report from MomentFeed.
According to the report, 91% of consumers reported intending to visit brick-and-mortar businesses like restaurants, stores, and others after the crisis ends. 32% of Americans plan on visiting these stores more than before COVID-19.
However, consumer behaviour seems to be pivoting online too with 82% of participants visiting online businesses. Additionally, dine-out has gone from 21% to 7% during the outbreak.
Further, visits to grocery stores are still high, with 82% of consumers frequenting them even during the pandemic. Dine-in restaurants and grocery stores are likely to see a quick recovery with 39%, and 35% of consumers plan on visiting them each more than ever before COVID-19.
