Email is the first thing checked in the morning by 58% of people.

An infographic from timetoreply.com shares that, by 2022, 126.7 trillion emails will be sent every year. 65% of US Gen Z use email for their personal correspondence, while 19% use it for school, and 14% for work.  

58% of people check their email first thing in the morning before social media, news sites or Google. The infographic adds that brands that respond to inquiries within an hour are more likely to qualify a lead. They are also more successful than those taking two hours.

Additionally, 80% of customers are more likely to continue using a business when their expectations of online customer experience are met. Happy customers could spend 67% more when they are ready to buy.
