The company’s use of recycled plastic bottles for making jeans has increased the brand’s positive buzz among environmentally conscious consumers. Among Britons, who look favourably at sustainable products, Mark and Spencer’s Buzz Score has risen 7.1 points.
Despite the retailer serving one in every ten denim shoppers in the UK, this is its first TV advert focussed around denim products. The ad campaign has also boosted the company’s overall reputation.
