The survey found that 70% of small businesses are considering increasing their social media investment over the next year. The enthusiasm for social media is backed by numbers, 37% of businesses believe social media was the most successful channel to achieve business goals.
Despite the obvious benefits of having a website, a lot of small businesses are not leveraging the opportunity. The survey revealed that 29% of small businesses are planning to start using a website this year.
