The probable reasons stated for this are lack of customer alignment, poor logistics, insufficient investment and more. For this year’s “Cyber 5”, Kenshoo’s report highlights a year-on-year 20% increase in search shopping campaigns, 13% for eCommerce channels and a whopping 43% for social product ads.
