The Ad-planner will allow small business to start advertising on TV for rates starting at $250 a month.
Comcast’s ad sales division has launched Comcast Spotlight TV Ad planner, which will enable local advertisers and small business to plan, design and manage their advertising campaigns. Businesses will be able to create a TV spot from Comcast’s new self-service portal.
The TV Ad Planner is available in 57 Comcast markets and with a further six being added later this year. Comcast Spotlight said it is further planning to deliver more comprehensive and self-serving media capabilities to its advertisers.
Hank Oster, senior vice president and chief operating officer, Comcast Spotlight said, “TV Ad Planner provides a seamless, independent experience, allowing all customers, regardless of size”. The sales team of Comcast Spotlight meanwhile will serve media agencies and clients with more complex advertising requirements.
