The social media platform has also rolled out updates for its Brand Collabs Manager, fan subscriptions option and the Creator Studio tool.

Through updates to the Ad Breaks ad unit, creators can activate un-interruptive ad formats in video content that lack natural ad breaks. The formats introduced are mid-roll, pre-roll and an image ad that will run below the video ad without stopping it.

Having launched in US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia last year, Ad Breaks will expand to over 21 countries in September. Facebook’s Brand Collabs Manager will now let creators access performance insights and allow sharing audience metrics with advertisers.

Facebook has also updated fan subscriptions option letting creators offer exclusive private Groups, with creators benefitting from the additional revenue channel. Creator Studio tool has been updated to include a Monetisation Overview section, retention and new audience insights.
