65% of SEO clients consider increasing traffic as the main benefit of working with an SEO provider

Backlinko surveyed 1,200 business owners to understand the current state of the SEO service industry. The research highlighted that clients spending more than $500 each month on SEO services were 53.3% more probable of being “extremely satisfied” as clients.

About 65% of SEO clients expect “increasing traffic” as the primary benefit of working with an SEO service provider. While 62% of clients said it was “accessing new customers” and 59% of those polled expect “better value than paid advertising”.

About, 6% of participants revealed that they “agree completely” to finding SEO confusing and are unclear about the services being provided. Also, 7% of the respondents “agree completely” to being unsure about what they’re really paying for with SEO.
