The new wave of ‘sales days’

2014 was the year when ‘specified’ shopping days such as Black Friday truly grabbed hold of the UK public’s imagination and potentially altered seasonal shopping behaviours for the future. YouGov undertook a major programme of research synergising separate parts of the business, to understand the views and current behaviours of consumers regarding their general gift shopping actions, as well as opinions towards the new wave of ‘sales days’.
