With the recent mergers and acquisitions in the quadplay sector, YouGov has mapped out the distribution of consumers across providers to identify where the potential opportunities and threats are for brands to acquire and retain customers.
We will be unveiling these findings at a breakfast briefing on 28 September 2016.
Using all the data we have collected from our 800,000 panellists in the UK over recent months, we have carried out an exercise to profile the dual/triple/quad play customer types across BT, Sky, Virgin, TalkTalk, EE, Three, O2 and Vodafone.
We’ve also looked at OTT providers such as Netflix and their impact on cord cutting and cord shaving.
